Okay, let me relate this back to being a CEO (it’s not as big a stretch as you might imagine). Two of the keys to being CEO, particularly of a small startup, are a compelling vision and personal passion. Vision and passion combined attract people (employees, partners, and media). This video is a great example of passion.
